Jerry Boyle
Mr. Boyle totals in excess of 30 years in the correctional service industry,
including 15 years of employment within a state prison system and 15 years of
experience in the provision of comprehensive correctional healthcare and mental
healthcare. Mr. Boyle's experience includes development, operation, management
and marketing of both private and public partnerships committed to correctional
excellence. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services from
Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts. Mr. Boyle's management philosophy is
based on the Five Hs; Be Honest, Hardworking, Humble, Hungry and never forget
your sense of Humor.

Jon Bosch
Mr. Bosch has been in the health care field for more than 20 years and
possesses more than 15 years of correctional healthcare experience. He is the
former Director of Accreditation and Quality Assurance for the National
Commission of Correctional Health Care. Mr. Bosch has served in a variety of
operational management, business development and clinical services roles
throughout his correctional healthcare career. Mr. Bosch has surveyed and
developed health care programs for literally hundreds of correctional
facilities. He is currently responsible for the operations of all CCS contracts
outside the State of Kansas.

Patrick Cummiskey
Mr. Cummiskey brings significant enthusiasm and experience in both management
and marketing from a variety of service related industries. Under Mr.
Cummiskey, the CCS Business Development and Support Services' (IT, HR, Risk
Management, Network Development/Claims, & Marketing) departments stay
consistently focused on understanding and supporting internal and external
customer needs while developing innovative solutions to meet clients' budget
objectives. Mr. Cummiskey has a Masters of Business Administration (Marketing)
from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration
(Finance) from the University of Georgia.

Chief of Institutional Operations - Kansas
JoRene Kerns
Ms. Kerns, an R.N. with a B.S.N. from the University of Wisconsin, brings over
27 years of correctional healthcare experience to the CCS team. Ms. Kerns is an
active participant and board member in both the American Correctional Health
Services Association (ACHSA) and the National Commission on Correctional
Healthcare (NCCHC). Her background in operations and nursing underlies her
department's drive to create operational efficiencies while meeting customer
expectations. Ms. Kerns' goal is to provide exceptional, cost savings services
to the client while providing community standard healthcare to the inmates.

Cary McClure
Mr. McClure is a CPA with 30 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance
fields. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Accounting and
Business Administration from the University of Kansas. His past experience
includes 18 years as the CFO of a 400+ bed major med/surg urban medical center
in both not-for-profit and for-profit settings; CFO of the successful startup
and operation of a $100 million for-profit med/surg medical center; and
Division CFO for the largest for-profit psychiatric hospital company in the
country. He was selected by the Kansas Medicaid program to serve as a
consultant to assist in the design and implementation of the Kansas Medicaid
DRG payment system. He has authored two articles on healthcare finance that
were published in national healthcare journals.

Chief Medical Officer and Corporate Medical Director
Dean Rieger MD, MPH
Dr. Rieger received his Medical Doctorate from the Johns Hopkins
University School of Medicine and his Master's in Public Health from the
University of Michigan. He is Board Certified in Preventive Medicine and Public
Health. Dr Rieger has worked in correctional settings since 1977, serving in
both clinical and administrative roles in various locations for the Michigan
Department of Corrections and as State Medical Director for the Indiana
Department of Correction.
Dr. Rieger has served as editor for CorrDocs, the newsletter of the Society of Correctional Physicians (until 2004) and as an editorial board member for Infectious Disease in Corrections (formerly HEPPNews). Dr. Rieger has special interests in utilization management, quality improvement, and evidence-based care.
Dr. Rieger joined Correct Care Solutions in 2005. He leads our clinical team and ensures that we provide high quality and correctionally appropriate health care services to our patients.

Chief Information Officer
Bob Martin
Mr. Martin has been with Correct Care Solutions since its inception and has
over 24 years of IT experience, including 10 of those years in the health care
arena. He currently serves as the Vice President of Information Technology for
CCS. Mr. Martin is responsible for overseeing the IT Department as well as
coordinating the privacy and security of Correct Care Solutions. Currently, his
team supervises the daily production and development of the internal systems
and networks, as well as external IT needs including various Electronic Medical
Record products. He serves as the Firm's Privacy and Security Officer. Mr.
Martin has a degree in Engineering (Computer Science) from Michigan State
University.

Mel Waymaster
Mr. Waymaster brings over 10 years of extensive experience in all aspects of
human resources. Mr. Waymaster has a Bachelors Degree in Business
Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master's Degree in
Human Resource Management from Capella University. Mr. Waymaster's human
resources philosophy focuses on communication, training, and emphasizing the
number one asset of a company... its employees. By bringing employees together
to work in concert toward the strategic goals of the company, Mr. Waymaster
strives to ensure CCS remains the employer of choice in the correctional
healthcare industry.
