JERRY BOYLE, Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board

Jerry Boyle founded Correct Care Solutions in 2003 and now serves as Executive Chairman of the Board. Jerry has over 35 years of experience in key leadership positions working with justice involved clients in correctional, behavioral and residential settings. His corrections career started at the Massachusetts Department of Correction where he worked 15 years. For the past 25 years, he has had increased roles in operations, business development and mergers and acquisitions. His blend of public/private service has helped forge a vision for CCS that is focused on service excellence: service to patients, clients and team members. Jerry received his bachelor’s degree in human services from Fitchburg State College. His management philosophy is well known throughout the company and is based on what he calls the “Five H’s” meaning that CCS and its employees are Hardworking, Hungry, Honest, Humble and possess a sense of Humor.

JORGE DOMINICIS, Chief Executive Officer

Jorge Dominicis serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Correct Care Solutions Group Holdings. His role is to ensure operational excellence and to drive the organization’s strategic focus. Before joining CCS, Jorge served for 10 years as President of GEO Care during which GEO Care increased revenue six-fold. Prior to that, he served 14 years as Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Florida Crystals Corporation, where he was responsible for all governmental and public affairs activity at the local, state, and federal level, as well as for the coordination of community outreach and charitable involvement. Additionally, in Florida, Jorge served in various public and government policy positions including St. Mary’s Medical Center Governing Board and the Criminal Justice Commission. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance and international business from Florida International University.

PATRICK CUMMISKEY, President, Correct Care Solutions Group Holdings

Since being a founding member of CCS, Patrick Cummiskey has served in a variety of leadership roles and is currently President of Correct Care Solutions Group Holdings. Patrick leads business development, client retention and support services for all CCS divisions. He works closely with each division president to ensure ongoing success and strategic growth of the company. Under Patrick’s leadership, CCS stays consistently focused on understanding and supporting internal and external customer needs while developing innovative solutions to meet client budget objectives. Patrick has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in business administration with a marketing emphasis from Georgia State University.

DAVID PERRY, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer

David Perry joined CCS in 2015 and serves as Chief Legal Counsel. He brings years of experience in corporate law. Most recently, David worked as a partner at Holland & Knight, a leading global law firm, as a corporate and securities attorney whose practice focused on corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He worked on numerous financings of significant size, representing organizations in media, food products, transportation, biotechnology, and other industries. He will oversee all legal matters and serve as the primary legal advisor to CCS. A member of the senior leadership team, he will lead and manage legal, compliance, and risk management functions. David received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his juris doctor’s degree from Yale Law School.

CARL KELDIE, MD, FACEP, Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Carl Keldie joined CCS as the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) in 2015. As CCO, he serves in an executive leadership role and his primary responsibility is ensuring CCS provides its patients with quality healthcare. Dr. Keldie also works as a liaison between medical staff and administration to support positive channels of communication while ensuring appropriate care to all patients. He comes to CCS with over three decades of clinical and administrative experience, and previous responsibilities include providing direct patient care in primary care, urgent care and emergency medicine in civilian, department of defense and correctional medicine settings. His professional memberships include the American Medical Association, Society of Correctional Physicians, American Correctional Association and the National Commission on Correctional Health Care.  Dr. Keldie earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of South Florida. He received his doctor of medicine from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Medicine as well as board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

DON HOUSTON, President, State and Federal Prison Division

Don Houston currently serves as President of the State and Federal Division. In this role, Don is responsible for the overall management, administration and business development of the division. In addition to state and private prisons, community treatment and private probation services fall under his supervision. Previously, he served as the President of Physicians Network Association (PNA) for two years. When PNA was acquired by Correctional Healthcare Companies (CHC) he became the Chief Operations Officer of CHC, serving in that role until the 2014 merger of CHC with CCS. Don has over 30 years correctional experience, including 18 as a Senior Regional Vice President with a major private corrections corporation and seven years with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He has extensive corporate experience in project development, operations, administration as well as experience working with a variety of state legislatures, local governments and executive branches of government.

CHRIS BOVE, President, Local Detention Division

As President of the Local Detention Division, Chris Bove is responsible for the largest division within CCS. He provides operations oversight of local adult and youth detention and, ultimately, is responsible for the overall management and administration of the division. Chris joined CCS in 2011 after successful leadership in a multi-service organization where he led a variety of teams. He brings this wealth of corporate experience along with his military leadership to the Local Detention Division of CCS. Chris graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a master’s degree in business organizational management from the University of La Verne in California.

CASSANDRA NEWKIRK, MD, MBA, CCHP, Vice President, Chief Psychiatric Officer

Dr. Cassandra Newkirk joined CCRS in 2005. Her career spans over 32 years of experience in forensic psychiatry and correctional mental health services administration. Most recently CCRS Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Newkirk is now the Chief Psychiatric Officer, making her the psychiatric leader for the clinical activities of CCRS while adding oversight duties for the CCS psychiatric correctional programs. Immediately prior to joining Correct Care, she was the Director of Mental Health at Rikers Island in New York. Dr. Newkirk practiced general and forensic psychiatry in Atlanta with faculty appointments at Emory University and Morehouse Schools of Medicine, and currently holds a voluntary faculty position at Florida International University. Additionally, she served as Deputy Commissioner and Chief Psychiatrist for the Georgia Department of Corrections. Dr. Newkirk has held a variety of positions on professional-related organizations including the American Correctional Health Services Association, Florida Psychiatry Society and the Georgia Psychiatric Physicians Association. Dr. Newkirk received her bachelor’s degree from Duke University, her doctor of medicine from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in business administration with emphasis in healthcare management from Regis University. She completed her residency in psychiatry at Emory University School of Medicine and is board certified in general and forensic psychiatry.

MARTA PRADO, President, Correct Care Recovery Solutions (CCRS)

Marta Prado is responsible for executive oversight of CCRS and is a seasoned healthcare professional who has been involved in patient care as both a registered nurse and as an advanced registered nurse practitioner. Previously, Marta served as the President of InPhyNet’s and EMSA’s government services and correctional medical care subsidiaries. As Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer at EMSA/InPhyNet, revenues rose from $25 million to over $350 million with more than 150 client contracts. In 1997, Marta was appointed as President of InPhyNet Medical Management/MedPartners’ Governmental Services Division with revenues of over $250 million and the Managed Care Division with revenues of $200 million. Marta’s leadership is recognized at both the state and national levels as evidenced by her service on the State of Florida Taxation and Budget Reform Commission, the Medicaid Reform Commission and the National Commission on Quality in Health Care. Marta has a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Miami and served as Director of Training for Emergency Medical Services in Miami-Dade County.

STAN WOFFORD, Senior Vice President, State Prison Division

Stan Wofford provides guidance and management to regional leaders within CCS’ State and Federal Division. Stan provides supervisory training, quality improvement, risk minimization, and accreditation compliance. He is responsible for the development and implementation of health systems; accreditation preparation including the American Correctional Association, National Commission on Correctional Healthcare, and various state audits/accreditations; trouble shooting; client retention; site liaison for home office staff; and staffing issues resolution. Stan began his CCS career in 2007, starting as a Health Services Administrator and, through hard work and dedication, worked his way up to his current position. He earned his bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Southern Illinois University and his master’s degree in business administration from North Central University in Arizona.

BOB MARTIN, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Bob Martin began his career at CCS when it was founded in 2003. He has over 32 years of information technology (IT) experience, including 20 of those years in the healthcare arena. Bob is responsible for overseeing technology services as well as coordinating major project management activities. Currently, his team supervises the daily production and development of CCS internal systems and networks, as well as external IT needs including various electronic medical records products. Bob has a bachelor’s degree in engineering with an emphasis in computer science from Michigan State University.

KEVIN JORDAN, Senior Vice President, Operations Support

Kevin Jordan brings over 25 years of exceptional leadership and operational management skills to CCS. Currently, Kevin and his team work as operations support to all CCS sites including established programs as well as start-ups and special projects. Additionally, he is responsible for procurement services and works to streamline processes with vendors. Prior to joining CCS, Kevin managed the network operations division of AIM Healthcare credit balance and recovery businesses. He was responsible for a budget of $100 million in revenue as well as all aspects of running the day-to-day operations. Kevin received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the New York Institute of Technology. He currently resides in Franklin, TN, with his wife and three children.

JON BOSCH, Senior Vice President, Accreditation and Operational Compliance

Jon Bosch has worked in the healthcare field for more than 20 years and possesses over 15 years of correctional healthcare experience. Jon and his team are responsible for ensuring, as appropriate, all healthcare facilities, correctional facilities and programs meet or exceed national standards and operational processes. Accrediting and operational compliance organizations include, but are not limited to, the American Correctional Association, the National Commission of Correctional Healthcare (NCCHC), the Joint Commission Hospital Accreditation, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Services. Jon is the former Director of Accreditation and Quality Assurance for NCCHC and has served in a variety of operational management, business development and clinical services roles throughout his career. He has surveyed and developed healthcare programs for, literally, hundreds of correctional facilities. Jon has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Dakota and his master’s degree in health service administration from George Washington University in D.C.

SCOTT A. PUSTIZZI, SPHR, Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Scott Pustizzi is responsible for the development, refinement, and implementation of human resources initiatives for CCS. Scott joined the company in 2007, and has over 20 years of progressive experience in human resources and operations with a focus in mergers and acquisitions, labor relations, talent acquisition, health and welfare, and human resources technologies. He has extensive experience developing innovative healthcare recruitment and retention initiatives for residential, specialty treatment and correctional healthcare facilities and programs throughout the United States. Under his leadership, CCS has successfully built a healthcare employer of choice brand that retains high-caliber, competent clinical and professional staff as well as attracts a solid network of qualified candidates. Scott is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), has a bachelor’s degree in finance and international business and a master’s degree in business from Florida International University, with specific emphasis in human resources management and industrial relations.

CARY McCLURE, Senior Vice President, Ancillary Services

Cary McClure is a Certified Public Accountant with 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. Currently, he works on special projects for the CCS Finance Division, including work related to the analysis and implementation of new company acquisitions, and internal special project assignments. His past experience includes 18 years as the Assistant Controller, Controller, and then Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a 420-bed urban medical center in both non-profit and for-profit settings; CFO of a successful startup and operation of a $100 million for-profit medical center; and division CFO for the largest for-profit psychiatric hospital company in the country. He was selected by the Kansas Medicaid program to serve as a consultant to assist in the design and implementation of the Kansas Medicaid Diagnosis Related Group hospital payment system. Cary has authored two articles on healthcare finance that were published in national healthcare journals. He earned a bachelor’s degree with majors in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas.

JUAN PEREZ, Interim Chief Financial Officer

Juan is a highly capable executive with extensive accounting and finance experience, including public accounting, public and private equity sponsored companies.  He has a solid background in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Industry experience includes high tech, manufacturing, resort, healthcare, real estate, telecom, financial services and ISPs. Juan is an excellent leader with proven experience leading and assembling large finance organizations while increasing productivity. Juan is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado.
